From our signature Rooftop Marg to cocktails you won't find anywhere else in southern Colorado — here's what's in the glass.
Let's get something straight: we don't do well drinks. Every cocktail that crosses our bar is made with intention — fresh ingredients, quality spirits, and the kind of care that makes you slow down and actually taste what you're drinking.
Here's a look at what our bartenders are pouring this season.
The Rooftop Margarita
This is the one everyone asks about. Our house marg starts with Espolòn Blanco tequila, fresh-squeezed lime (we're squeezing limes all day, every day), Cointreau, and a touch of agave. It's served on the rocks with a Tajín rim because we're in Colorado, not a chain restaurant.
If you want it spicy, ask for the Jalapeño Marg — same base, but infused with fresh jalapeño and a hint of mango. It's got heat that builds, not burns.
Patio Sippers
The Paloma — If you've only had a Paloma from a can, you haven't had a Paloma. Ours is built with grapefruit juice, lime, and a float of Topo Chico that gives it that effervescence you feel in your chest.
Aperol Spritz — The classic Italian sunset in a glass. We keep it traditional: Aperol, prosecco, splash of soda, orange slice. There's a reason this drink has survived decades — it's perfect for a rooftop at golden hour.
Espresso Martini — Made with real espresso, not syrup. Vodka, coffee liqueur, and a shot pulled fresh. The foam on top should be thick enough to float a coffee bean. If it isn't, we'll make it again.
For the Whiskey Crowd
Old Fashioned — Bulleit bourbon, Angostura bitters, raw sugar, expressed orange peel. No fruit salad. No soda water. Just the drink, done right.
Whiskey Sour — Fresh lemon, simple syrup, and a good pour of bourbon. We use an egg white foam for that silky texture. If egg whites aren't your thing, just tell us.
Zero-Proof Options
Not drinking? We've got you covered. Our mocktail menu isn't an afterthought — we put the same effort into non-alcoholic drinks as everything else. Try the Virgin Mojito with fresh mint and lime or the Lavender Lemonade that tastes like a Colorado summer.
The Best Seat in the House
Every cocktail tastes better 20 feet up with a mountain view. That's not marketing — it's just true. Come grab a seat on the rooftop before sunset and see for yourself.
We're open Monday through Sunday. Happy hour is Monday through Friday, 3-6pm — all cocktails are discounted, and the vibe is unbeatable.
